What they don't tell you in viewings here at
location is far from MRT so its not convenient unless you grab or drive. Development pool is poorly maintained and the general state is really run down. Didn't dare use the pool even once in 2 years due to the mold all around the platform and chairs. Had roaches in the apartment and car park even though I don't cook and a moldy smelling aircon issue and constant health problems with allergies while living there. There are plenty of better priced developments for purchase consideration/rental. Just bought in Orange Grove nearby and it is much better priced psf, location, air quality and the devt is well maintained. Check sales transaction records for a true reflection on losses made by owners at Beaufort. I do not recommend this devt at all. -

Not worth the investment price
Having stayed there for a few years, the property is poor maintained and very run down. -

Not worth considering
Location is convenient if you drive, MRT is not near. Building is very moldy and poorly maintained. -
