  Lack of surrounding amenities

  The nearest mall, Greenwich V, is about 20 minutes walk away. Apart from parks nearby, there really isn't much amenities.

  Not so accessible

  Landed properties are generally inaccessible by public transport. Belgravia Ace is no exception - apart from a bus stop three minutes walk away. You generally have to drive if you live there, but there is at least an option to take the bus for residents who dont drive

  Shared amenities for residents

  Never knew landed properties come with shared amenities, but Belgravia Ace has hammocks, pavilion, and jacuzzi for its residents. Sounds interesting to me
