  don't miss the turn!

  come into here from AMK Avenue 5, be careful not to miss the turn to go into Belgravia Villas as it is a lil hard to locate due to its private location. however, inside it is very cosy and stylish. feels like in a different place exclusive for yourself. The walk to main entrance to bus stop quite far and not really sheltered. hopefully some work is done.

  all good but too cramped

  looks great in photos but went to visit personally and somehow the layout makes it feel very cramped. yes, even for landed, as the space inside is kinda small. even within the compound, the shared areas are also less expansive as I'd envisioned. i mean the price is cool for freehold cluster house, location pretty good and all, but dealbreaker is really space as I need a lot of space to be able to do my creative work well.

  Not much convenience

  Every time you want to get food, you have to walk quite a distance. But the good thing is that AMK Industrial Park got a lot of choices, so still not too bad. But the walk really can kill you, especially under the afternoon sun. But got to say, the environment around Belgravia Villas really nice.
