  Very convenient

  Strategic location, very near bus stops and MART stations (3 MRT Stations to choose from) Katong is also known for food. Low dense Condo

  Basic condo with good transport links

  Most units are small and therefore there are mainly couples who live here, with only a handful of families. The small swimming pool always in the shade so a wet-suit is needed to keep warm. Excellent bus connections all around the condo, and MRT is within one bus stop or 10 minutes walk. Security is minimum but most of the time there is a guard by the gate. Property management is not polite or helpful, they have a sort of authoritarian approach but do not make much efforts in making the condo more enjoyable for residents. The BBQ has no table or chairs and costs I think around 50 SGD to use, and therefore nobody uses it. There is plenty of restaurants and shops all around, for example Tanjong Katong, Geylang, East Coast Road, Joo Chiat, Paya Lebar...
