  Love living there for 8 years

  Lived in block 57 for over 8 years before moving overseas due to work assignment. Quiet and facing the river. Not too far from MRT, any bus from the bus stop just right across goes to MRT, so wait is no more than a few minutes. Not too crowded. Perfect outdoor runining and walking route to pasir ris park and back. Otters come up to that area too you can see them in the river.

  Takes time to reach MRT

  It is a few bus stops away from the MRT but the bus services are always so slow, so it takes a long time just to get to the MRT. It gets worse during peak period, as the buses are so packed. Location's really horrible. There is nothing to do around the condo too.

  One of the earlier condo to be built in the Pasir Ris private residential enclave. Unfortunately for this development, it is not that near to the MRT station compared to the rest
