  Landed cluster with FULL condo facilities

  The ONLY cluster development within D9/11/21 that offers the best of both landed living and FULL condo facilities. Nature Park walking trail just opened behind the development, great place for nature lovers and those that can afford to live in this exclusive enclave. All 5 bedrooms come with ensuite toilets, even maids room has its own toilet

  One of the biggest cluster housing with 125 units. Communal facilities are rather superior and is one of the more popular cluster house in Bukit Timah.

  A HAVEN OF BLESSING

  A place of peace and tranquility with full recreational facilities is hard to come by in modern Singapore. Awakening to the sound of birds, the scurry of squirrels and early morning traffic, residents can look forward to a good exercise in the well-equipped gym or the spacious pools. Having lived here for a few years, I have grown accustomed to the initial feeling of seclusion as the new and efficient shuttle bus system connects residents to the main road and MRT station. It is a place well loved and worth maintaining for generations. Happy memories!

  Excellent for family

  We have been living here for over 6 years and still very happy. The location is really good for family with kids as it s close to turf city and horse city where there are lots of kids classes like dance, gym, sports, arts, etc. And it s close to holland village and not far from orchard road.

  love it

  I lived there for four years before moving to the States and it was just great. We moved in when it just TOPed and made wonderful friends. The neighbours were really friendly and it had all the facilities we could ask for and more. Fantastic pool!

  Nice place

  All the benefits of an apartment, but with more space. Open area, near schools and clubs, and even nature reserve. Newly repainted and in excellent condition. Must see.
