  Lots of natural light coming into most units,

  Lots of natural light coming into most units, and there are elements of nature in the immediate surroundings.Recent transaction prices seem to vary quite a bit.

  Hidden Gems

  Blossom @ Woodleigh is a real Hidden Gem. It is located btw Potong Pasir MRT and Woodleigh MRT with full condo facilities. It is very relaxing with greenary surrounding the condo. Though there used to be cemetery nearby, it is the upcoming Bidari development that going to make the area more convenient.

  Though it is walkable to MRT,there is no immediate walkable distance facilities like a supermarket, market or a daily necessity shops. The nearest is at Potong Pasir and it is more than 15 minutes walk.

  Hidden gem but

  good freehold but still lacking in some areas. difficult in sales to those sensitive about the place's cemetery history, i had many interested buyers pulling out due to this haunted woodleigh mrt is another condo value problem

  A place like Heven

  Blossom @ Woodleigh is more spacious compare to other development aro the area. You feel much more relax after a hard day work. Is very good for family w kids. Even though you are paying for the same price psf as compare to the lease hold aro it.

  Blossoms@woodleigh definitely worth consider to buy for those looking for D13. Good for investment even with current asking price around $1100psft as leasehold surrounding blossoms asking about the same price. Potential rental as Stamford American schools just around the corner.
