  Gorgeous Seaviews and resort living

  The best condo on the JLB stretch. Its well maintained, clean and organized with basement parking. I saw a lot of places on this stretch and this was this standout development. Depending on your stack, the views are unparalled unless you are willing to pay 2.5x more psf for Singapore River or East Coast. And its 999 which is amazing for its price. Cycling and walkways link to mall in 10 mins walk. If you have a car, then nearly no inconvenience at all. There's a feeder bus every 10 mins to Pasir Ris MRT and Downtown east. Can't recommend it more, am in love with the place.

  Quiet condo with large units near the park

  A very short walk to Pasir Ris Park. Penthouse and ground floor units are very large with small private pools. There are also 2 medium size pools. Very quiet neighborhood feeling.

  For those who like laid back quiet living.

  For those who like laid back quiet living. But it may take quite a while to see more big development in that area for the price to really appreciate.

  Good and Bad

  I wanted to stay here for rent.. - Very quite, sometimes bird's sound can be disturbing. - Unit i saw did not have any Gas connection. you will have to get cylinder. - Pool are very small compared to other condos without any privacy. (of course this looks to be a small project) - Gym was disappointing. they just have enough space in the gym to put 3 treadmills.

  Value for money

  Price is very reasonable and one of the best project in Singapore where it is breezy and cooling most of the time due to the Pasir Ris beach that's just nearby. Awesome project!

  right expectations...

  rather peaceful and quiet, near pasir ris park and depending on unit, frequent 'smells and sounds' from aloha resort... don't expect convenience, amenities nor high resale value...

  OK lar...

  Went to view a unit last week. Layout is ok, but I just don't understand why design a long long balcony that can go in many rooms? That is you can go to living room, master room and another bedroom through balcony. Gym, swimming pool and playgrond are very small. Some units have private pool, but......Will it breed mosquito if the resident is too lazy to keep his pool clean? Must have a car to live here, transportation is not convenient.
