Extremely quite and green invironment. One of the last few places with the old tropical charm. -

Paradise on Earth!
Upside: small 160 unit development on nearly 400,000 sq feet spacious gardens with a small natural brook running within the condo. Lovely greenery seen from every unit reminiscent of an old English countryside charm. Units have big spacious bedrooms and bathrooms unlike new shoe box developments .extremely quiet and peaceful. Downside: At the deepest end of Sunset Way. Some units tend to be slightly unkempt with bicycles and personal effects strewn on common corridor areas. One or two inconsiderate residents allowing their pets to roam free and thus shitting poo and urinating freely in common areas. Otherwise it has lots of nature- migrating birds chirping, occasional monitor lizards and monkeys passing thro' .Water lilies and drain fishes and frogs in the brook. Indeed old world charm not found elsewhere in golden Monarco of the East! -

Greenery, cockroaches
The environment is green & serene. If you like nature, this is a good place without the monkeys which most condos near the nature reserve face. The downsides are the condo has lots of cockroaches, facilities are old & poorly maintained, inconvenient without a car & most of the residents have lived here for a very long time and they can be very fussy & peculiar such small things as all cars should be parked head in so no exhaust fumes reach the ground floor units. Or dogs are not allowed to walk inside the garden compound. They will complain every little thing to management office like they have nothing to do. I enjoyed the greenery but will not be renewing my lease. -
