  Next to MRT

  It's just next to the Beauty World MRT, super convenient location to live in. However units look a little rundown

  Project very old

  Location is VERY good, however, lack of new amenities coupled with it is a 99 years leasehold project and left with only 60 plus years or less. Thus, it is a bit risky to buy a unit there.

  Convenient

  This is a very convenient place as there are a supermarket, food court & lots of other shops below the building. Only free parking for 1 car & carpark is always jammed on weekends as parents sending kids to enrichment classes at Beauty World Center. Unfortunately this is a 99 leasehold unit & noisy due to close proximity to roads & expressway. The plus point is that it is a very big unit & convenient, so if u do not mind the noise, dust & leasehold, it is a good buy.
