  A Charming Condo that is Aging Well

  Located deep within the Lentor estate, driving is almost essential. Once inside, this is your classic condo in the 90s, with lots of communal space and large units. You will have to forgive its 90s styling if you have modern tastes, but if your renovation budget can handle it, units offer the space for new furnishings. Not much amenities to speak of in the area.

  Not bad

  Big land, facilities are well maintained. Only problem is the units are all very old and u have to spend lots of $$ to renovate. So remember to add the cost of renov into purchase price before u buy !!

  Friendly neighbours and great MCST Management

  Bullion Park TOP since 1993 has been very well maintained. Coupled with unblock views for each individual blocks enables each unit to be bright breezy and with unqiue view. With the new lobby that is just renovated and nicely paved tennis courts one could not tell it is TOP since 1993. MCST with good management skills have maintained a healthy sinking fund budget ( reported In 30 Aug 2009 ST newspaper) with no extra cost to be borne by residents for the renovation. This FREEHOLD and unblock condo had held numerous events namely CNY in 2009 and lion dance at every blk ( very thoughtful as it was the down time in the economy) and christmas party in 2010. Neighbours r very friendly and it is simply a great place to live in. Bullion Park is a place u can call home.

  Great place to stay !

  Large open spaces between blocks which is a rarity now in newer condominiums. Great for families and working expats who appreciate the resort and serene environment.

  resort style living

  An apartment so serene and quiet with a lot of activities for children as well as kids within the compound
