  A Newbie to Burgundy Hill

  Like this place for it's coziness & the high ceiling offers more space and sense of airiness. Surprisingly, accessibility to public transport is great with buses going to the heartland malls, shops and both supermarket and wet markets. By car, the expressways are round the corner hence travelling to different parts of the island is not a hassle. Only snag is the 99 years lease which means there is another approxi. 70 years left.

  Impressive

  I had seen a number of properties in D21 and D23. This is by far the most spacious and best designed property, well organised development, with even an estate garden. It is about 4 bus-stops to the upcoming Beauty World MRT. Also short distance to Bt Batok MRT or direct to East-West line (Clementi). Very near to the Jurong Lake District. I expect prices will exceed $1250psf soon! It's near to 3 MRTs !

  Absolutely the best semi-D !

  I love this place ! Exclusively Semi-D estate, the units have very high ceilings. The volume is just so huge. Also like the modern european design facade. Ample space for parking and gardening. It's also off city, yet very conveniently located. PIE and AYE is nearby. Surrounded by West Mall, Rail Mall, Clementi Mall, international schools, it is a short distance to Cold Storage and NTUC, linked by abundant bus services, just outside. Did I mention Bt Batok nature reserve is within walking distance. There is a also nicely maintained private garden cum playground. It's luxury living combined with convenience !
