  Avoid

  Like many others have said, I wish someone had told me of the issues with Cairnhill Plaza management before signing a lease. This is not a family friendly condo. The pools are not operational, the playground is full of mosquitoes, there is no playroom despite being lots of space to have one) no tennis courts or other facilities and the gym equioment of old and not maintained well. Not sure what the issue is with management but they sure dont seem to be doing a great job.

  Good locations .., but old building

  but it is very old building and the building always got break downs and not repaired fast. price not worth when look at other cairnhill new building. pool closes and not opened back yet, they said it will take1 yr. lobby area is not very luxurious type for this location after i see other cairnhill blocks. lift order is also not working always stop working also no fix. i choose a newer building on same location cairnhill next time.

  Terribly managed building; too high prices!

  I am on a new lease. All was OK and then everything went bad. Pool has been out of order since April 2017, received notice from management that it will take ONE YEAR to fix. One lift is out of order, a man was trapped inside after lift fell unexpectedly and he was injured. Very old building where everything seems to be falling apart and management council and management agent refuse to act. It is not worth the asking prices for an old and crappy building which refuse to be fixed. Otherwise, it is a good location with many close shops nearby and near MRTs.

  CAIRNHILL PLAZA

  This building is in a good location, pleasant in outlook and spacious walkways to move around. The big units esp. the ones with size 3305 sq ft, the living hall is really hugh and gives people the feeling of plenty of open space to move about in the house. However, due to the age of the building, though the building is in a high class area in Orchard Road, the facilities look outdated and needs upgrading to enhance the internal image of the building. Traffic is rather conjested but still manageable.
