  Cosy and peaceful yet quite convenient

  I've been living in a 1-bedroom unit for 2 years. It is a nice, cosy little haven for singles. The condo manager is a helpful guy who will attend to your concerns. I like the balcony, which gives it a spacious and open feel. I like the side gate with a bus stop next to it, as I take public transport. The location is quite central, yet not as expensive as some other condos in central areas. The facilities are small, so not really meant for big families or big social gatherings, but that's okay for me.

  Spacious, near public transport and amenities

  Very calming vibes around the development. Near Lor Chuan MRT, also beside bus stop. Amenities and coffeeshop are a 7 mins walk from the development. Also able to take a slow stroll to Serangoon Gardens Market, Chomp Chomp.

  Peaceful Place to live in, serene and conveni

  The shoebox unit are well equipped with built-in cabinets and etc. The high ceiling makes the 1 room pad feels airy. Quiet and you actually hears birds chirping and frogs croaking in rainy days. Surrounded by beautiful landed properties, this area is centralise and takes about 20 minutes to reach town. 2 bus stops away from Serangoon Gardens and Nex Shopping Mall/Serangoon MRT. 5 Floors small condos, stands a high chance for future en-bloc. Facilities are well kept and updated. An extremely nice place to live in.

  Very fast and easy access to CTE and the city

  Very fast and easy access to CTE and the city for those who are driving. Some penthouse units come with jacuzzi and bird eye's view of the landlord vicinity. It can be a bit too close to the road.

  Small project only about 160 units, does not have full facility compared to normal sizable condo and it is 99 years lease.

  Way better than the new shoeboxes

  Hi I am living in this condo for over an year. The locality is nice. Interior is good. However the building could use some improvement especially the corridors. Suitable for young couples. Not suitable for families planning to move in with parents, kids and maids.
