  Casa Jervois

  Nicely located condo in a quiet area; just a few steps away from Dempsey Hill, Orchard Road and Botanical Gardens. Not new but in good condition. However, a land plot just next door was up for tender and Singapore Land put in the highest bid. Soon there should be a construction side next door, to be accompanied by traffic, noise and air pollution.
