  A nice quiet condo

  The good - quiet and spacious. Lots of space and greenery. For the age, it's well maintained. The bad - far away from anything (food, stores etc). You have to taka public transport or drive. The ugly - a lot of cockroaches, insects and mosquitoes.

  Huge unit size - 2 bedders(1012-1324sf) and

  Huge unit size - 2 bedders(1012-1324sf) and 3 bedders(1507-1808sf). Freehold and yet psf is at only about $700+. Downside is it is about 26 years old and the windows are not very large.
