pool tiles have come off and no repair, broken drainage covers not replaced leaving the drain exposed. door to common yard broken and left by the side of the alleyway. considering that the place doesn't have 24/7 security, i really struggle to see how the management funds are utilized considering that there is absolutely no repair works done to the place. simply horrible.

So many reasons to avoid this condo
10 steps at the entrance with no elevator, making it a big pain to move in and out.
Handicapped lift doesn’t work.
The traffic noise is unbearable.
Terrible landlord on L 5.

Worst management
This project just change management company. And it is the worst I ever encounter. Using 'F' to talk to people and hang up phone. All I want to check is about register vehicle. Ridiculous
