  Pros and Cons

  Good access to MRT and shopping at Kallang. Rooms sizes generally larger than average. Amenities limited due to size of complex. Soundproofing between units very poor - you will hear everything.

  Smallish Condo with Limited facilities

  Condo with small floorplate and limited facilities. Small swimming pool, no tennis court and limited amenities on site. So not really ideal for families and rental achieved may be less than Pebble Bay and Costa Rhu. Tanjong Rhu is a nice area. But personally, I am of of the view that Pebble Bay and Costa Rhu are superior products in Tanjong Rhu area for those that are looking for this area.

  cosy property-hidden gem

  This property is nestled beautifully by the river, close proximity to the city and MRT yet far away from the crowd. It is a relatively smaller development that is cosy with amenities . It is still undervalued with a good potential to rise.The room sizes are spacious compared to the newer developments..

  Casuarina Cove

  Its one of the places where the potential for rental or property growth is great. current pricing and rental for the rental is very stable even during this time of crisis. very near to town and future sports hub. walking distance to transport and amenties. the current surrounding is abit messy due to the constructions. but when everything is up, the price and rental of the units here will rise up greatly. and it has a fantasic view of the bay, quiet enough and near enough to town!
