Pegions swim/die in the pool. Trash carts are placed at the entrance everyday. Bats hover around the entrance. The area around the garbage bin is usually filled with large/bulky trash. nice condo in the east
great location, easy to get to green line (in between paya lebar and aljunied MRT), lots of amenities in the area, good food choices, simple facilities in the condo. only downside is units are slightly smaller so suitable for couples or singles

All about convenience
New condo, reasonably fit out. Proximity to City, ECP and airport.
Walk under shelter of MRT line to Aljunied MRT in 7 mins or Paya Lebar in 12mins, new shopping mall there is very handy.
Building is surrounded by smaller ones so you get good views and breeze from ECP. You do get a fair amont of noise from MRT line and Sims ave - but the windows do a decent job of reducing this when shut.
The area itself has a lot of local food options, but is dominated by working class men/temporary workers in evenings. Also the proximity to religious centers means noise at festival time and most irritatingly the pool fills up with ash at hungry ghost festival time.
Amenities themselves are limited, pool is decent but small. They've also got a small kids area which is a waste of space as there is a larger public on just next door which you can see from the pool area.
