Good place - depending on the block
Positives:
* Has full Condo facilities
* Units are reasonably sized and have high ceilings
* Can walk/bike to CBP (if you work there)
* Bus stop very nearby - can hop on to 2/9/24 and alight at tanah merah/bedok mrt
* Easy to get a cab - just go out and flag one. Lot of cabs plying on the road
* NTUC fairprice near Simei MRT is walkable
Negatives:
* Most blocks not disabled friendly - have to climb up/down stairs at 2 places: one from the parking lot to the walkway and another flight of stairs up/down to the lift. Only one block - 716 does not have this problem
* Too much road noise in block 718 (where I lived) and most other blocks.
* Car park is not fully closed - crappy design (to me) where in your car will get drenched in most (but not all) of the parking lots.
* The units in top floor get too hot, west sun in many units

Great Investment Potential
Development has very good investment potential. Where else can you find Freehold developments under $1000 psf with the following exciting growth potential: New downtown line station at such close proximity, new SUTD university (a large pool of tenants!), expansion of the Changi Business Park and expansion of changi airport in coming years as well.
With freehold status, you know your downside is limited.
Investors are also hoping for an increase in plot ratio in next year's masterplan. Granted, condo is in a low rise landed area and may not see revision but who knows. It will be an added bonus.
Newer than neighboring Changi Court!
Too bad units available are few and far between. the owners know they are sitting on a goldmine. In my opinion, a hidden gem, better than new launches like Sky Habitat and the Hillier. If you bother to look and do your own research, that is.
