  Termites issue

  Great location but has termites issue since it is an old building. I started having termites issue after the renovation started above and below my floor. Management refuse to pay for termites treatment

  Old and Lack of facility & maintenance !

  Ths condominium is old and lack of maintenance. It has no other facility except a pool and a bathroom sized gym. It’s too noisy and way too much construction works around. Many tenants moved out after staying for a year. Leakage, clogged piping, poor air ventilation are not ideal for a comfortable stay.

  Fantastic location

  Small condo building in a great area. Has big condo amenities such as pool and gym - unusual for a development of this size.

  Delightful Underdog

  The Charleston is a smaller development but delivers on unbeatable location (Gwc, Many nearby restaurants) and good amenities (gym and pool). It’s great for families and singles alike and is located on a nice cul-de-sac off of River Valley.

  Convenient n quiet

  Conveniently located near gwc n bus stops. Good size unit with good size pool n gym which are under used. Quiet n Near 2 Mrt stations in a few years. Good investment.

  Too much construction

  Pros: Nice small condo. Good location. Not too old. Private lift. Cons: Major construction going on all around this condo at this time. Knocking hacking dust you name it, its all over you throughout the day including weekends. Not too much facilities.
