  Freehold condo in excellent location

  This condo is right in the middle of Balestier with an NTUC, Cinema and many eating places right outside the doorstep. It's regular shape maximizes the floor space and the low management fee makes this just right for young couples just starting out. There are buses just outside which go to Novena Sqr and the CBD and if you drive, Orchard is less than 10mins away. You could also walk to Novena via TTSH in 10 to 15mins.

  Chelsea Grove Review

  Small freehold development, offering a good balance of privacy in a good location. The condo has no real common facilities but the 3rd floor and 8th floor units are enormous with their own bbq, greenery, jaccuzi etc. The penthouse unit is like a house with a garden, but a stories up and has a view. It's ideal for car owners (parking on ground floor) but also public transport users, with a bus stop right outside and a short walk to Novena MRT. There's Shaw Plaza across the road (supermarket, cinema, bank etc) and a huge selection of eateries along Balestier road.
