  Undervalued condo

  Undervalued. Exclusive and very well maintained condo. Only 48 units but less than $350 monthly maintenance. Walking distance to NEX and Serangoon MRT. Near amenities.

  Very well maintained

  I lived at Cherry Gardens for more 10 years before I moved a few years ago. I still miss the place a lot. The location is excellent. It's a 8 min walk to the MRT. If you drive, it's within half an hour to most places. Less than 20 min drive to the CBD. It's very well maintained. While it doesn't have much facilities (it has a swimming pool, function room and BBQ pit - which are enough for me), most people don't use most of the facilities in condos anyway but get to pay them. What I like most about this development is that it has one of the most reasomable layouts I have even seen. All rooms, including the kitchen, store/maid room and backyard, are bright with big windows. It also has a reasonable size kitchen. You can't get this kind of layout in most condos.

  Fond memories at Cherry Gardens

  My life at Cherry Gardens has been great. We were one of the first few families to move into this project in 2004. Soon after, my daughter graduated from university. She got married a few years later and we welcomed our first grandchild at this house. It’s just been a memorable few years here so I may be biased writing this review. That said, the location is very convenient – the MRT is nearby, lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity, and for those who have children, there are a few educational institutions nearby too.

  Renting the finest in Lorong Lew Lian

  I’ve been living at Cherry Gardens along Lorong Lew Lian with my family for two years. We rented this condo as my wife found a job near Serangoon MRT station that consumes a lot of her time, so I wanted to reduce her commute time. Am I not the husband of the year! Anyway, Cherry Gardens isn’t a new project so it’s a little more affordable, and the units seem to be quite spacious. We viewed a few units in the development before closing the deal.

  good location and quiet

  i go and view this condo and to my surprise the condition is excellent . the location is good near to nex and also the nearby shophouses at lor yew lian the surrounding is quiet and lastly the layout of the unit is good also most impt it is near serangoon mrt
