  PRIVATE

  Nice location. Near to good schools and Orchard road. Next door Cyan selling more than S$2k psf!!. This one at S$1.4k psf reasonable. Very private, one floor one unit. Nice size 1292 sq, all 3 rooms nice room size. Not blocked, and will have nice view of Cyan swimming pool. There is a private space of about 200 sf outside the cargo lift that is not included in the floor space and free for private use. Downside is small pool. Hey, how often we go swimming? Heard that condo is going to have a facelift soon.

  Bright and breezy!

  Saw one here and hope that the price will drop - it is conveniently located, with a good layout of rooms. Unfortunately, there are TOO many windows, and the rooms get 'heated' up so you will have to end up investing in heavy curtains for the bedrooms and the living is usually air-conditioned. Otherwise, this is a nice and new development.

  Nice Cosy Living

  The condo is built on a small plot land between two similar height condo next door. Limited parking lot, one-per household with no additional lot for visitors. Pool is small and no other facilities. One unit per floor makes it very private for living.
