Wonderful location. Easy to get around Singapore. Nice to start the day with Starbuck flagship double eagle 5 mins walk -

Great for Investors
Just bought a unit here. Freehold units in D9,D10,D11 are dwindling. You cannot go wrong when it is near the MRT. A mere 5 minutes walk - and you are already at 3 shopping malls. Orchard is 2 MRT stops away. Unlike Soleil @ Sinaran which has a average asking price tag of $1650 psf, this provides an immediate upside of 18% for the psf. Soleil is 99 years and this is freehold. You can do the mathes. GIven the serene and quiet surrounding, it will bode well with tenants too. With all the developments - hotels, medical hubs, schools and eateries - capital appreciation will be expected. Great for own stay or for investment. -

City edge
Just moved in to city edge few weeks ago.So far, we luv staying here.It's very convinient, less than 5 mins walk to MRT, 3 big shopping malls. Plus,they have full facilities (bbq,pool,gym,steam rm) which is rare in such small development. The north-south orientation makes the unit(3 bedrms) very windy. The surroundings also very serene and peaceful,rare to find in city area. This development is also one of the newest among the condos nearby. The future developments nearby such as the hotel next to MRT and Parkway hospital will definitely move up the prices further once they are ready. Highly recommended for investment as well as own stay. -
