  Hidden gem in the city

  Super convenient as my unit is only 3 minutes walk to Farrer Park MRT station (3 stops to Dhoby). Tranquil and great chill place.

  Very small and noisy

  The only perk of this condo is the proximity to amenities and MRT. For the rest, very small units with very thin walls. It is really possible to clearly hear beds creaking from the storey upstairs or a cough of your neighbour. The management is administrating the building remotely with poor follow-ups and non-existing responses via email. The facilities are so tiny and the small gymnasium is closed since forever with no updates. Finally, 4 temples outside makes your sleep impossible after 7 am even on weekends. Not recommended if you want a peaceful place
