Foodie special
I’m in love with the eateries around Paya Lebar and Geylang. During the weekend, I would head down to one of the nearby cafes to enjoy a cup of coffee. My apartment is so close, so I end up spending a lot of time at the nearby shops, buying food and picking up groceries for the week. The apartments are nicely tucked away for privacy and feature shiny Italian marble floors, a nicely integrated kitchen and spacious living area. -

All-in-one
I stay in a 16th floor unit at City Plaza and can go down to the shops any time, but always choose to buy wholesale items. The prices and choices are fantastic. You can get everything from food to phones, clothes and all your travel needs. The building has been around for about four decades, so it is fairly old but very well maintained. -

Nice locality
City Plaza has been around for sometime. Every apartment is a two-bedder of the same size, so I’d recommend a higher floor unit like what we've rented out. The view is much nicer. I like the convenience too as the development is right next to the Geylang and Guillemard roads. If you enjoy wholesale shopping, then City Plaza is the place to be. Once you're done with shopping, head to Arnold's for the fried chicken. -

Ace
City Plaza has been around for sometime. Every apartment is a two-bedder of the same size, so I’d recommend a higher floor unit like what we've rented out. The view is much nicer. -
