  Can't Go Wrong with this or its Neighbor

  I'm certain most buyers looking at this condo will also evaluate its neighbor, and honestly, you cannot go wrong with either. Citylife enjoys a good location that is well served by public transport and roads. The units are well-built and spacious. In the end, I suppose it is down to the feel and vibe when making the selection between this or its neighbor.

  Resort-like atmosphere with beautiful pool an

  The architecture design is modern and simple/timeless, with balconies opened on all sides. The bamboo grove, long infinity pool and lush greenery, gives off a relaxed resort-like mood . Blocks are arranged squarely in two rows to efficiently use land. It is located at walking distance from central hub/downtown line, with east-west line only another 3 min walk further.

  Great location

  Did a house viewing and saw that the swimming pool is huge. It's also near a green space and three Tampines shopping malls. Can't get better than this

  Noise pollution

  As a resident living in the east, i notice that the junction is frequently busy where this EC is located. those who stay in the lower levels near the junction may be affected by the noise daily
