The manager is really bad
They're money minded but really slow response when sharing facilities are broken (like washing machine). They won't inform you when they'd do something on your stuff or your room. Really innapropriate -

Ultimate Nightmare
Traffic noises 24x7, dogs barking & children screaming early in the morning, walls were so poor that you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, strangers moving in/out of condo daily due to Airbnb. -

Not the place to live in
I fully agree with all the earlier negative comments. In addition to those negative comments reviewed by others, I must add the below. 1. The walls are very thin. You can literally hear your neighbors’ dialogues. 2. Most units are rented out via Airbnb & complete strangers moving in & out almost daily; some who were nuisances. 3. Mosquito fumigations are done weekly by neighboring condos & the poisonous gas enters your home via the kitchen window which was designed to be opened - imagine kitchen windows which cannot be closed! 4. Security guards are busy with their mobile phones & totally ignore the strangers’ presence. 5. Neighbors were unfriendly & inconsiderate - dogs barking very early in the morning including weekends & children screaming at odd hours. -

Look Elsewhere
I am glad I have just moved out after completing my 2-year lease. If you are looking for a home, this is not the right condo. Building interiors are falling apart due to its almost 20 years old age. Children were screaming early mornings at common areas, strangers coming in & out almost daily as many units were rented out on daily basis, 2 units were owned by 2 companies - one unit to house their Chinese contractors & another unit owned by an Orchard Tower nightclub owner to house their employed hostesses & they brought back their clients to the unit; drunkards were a nightmare! It’s especially unsafe if you have young daughters. And the management is aware of these sleezy vices & yet tolerated them! -

Claremont
Proximity to MRT and amenities. Apartment unit can be very noisy with constant sounding of horns day and night. My girlfriend and I had been living here until the constant flow of strangers started streaming in and out of condo each day including the undesirable drunk ones at night. That is when we decided to move out quickly to a better environment for our safety. -

Ultimate noise pollution
The only positive from living here is the convenience given proximity to MRT and amenities. This comes with a price as the apartment can be incredibly noisy! On top of the traffic noise, vehicles are constantly sounding their horns regardless of time of day. The construction noise from across the road and behind the apartment adds to this. The occasional cranking of old water pipes late into the night (as if your neighbors were dragging furniture across the rooms) makes it even more unbearable! Definitely recommended for those who like noise, not for peace and quiet. Room sizes are otherwise great in a simple apartment complex. -
