  Clavon Review

  Very rare to see a condo that feels very open once you step into the fover with the infinity pool. What's more, what other condo could have coffee shops, sheng siong and various amenities right at the door step?

  Convenient location, great layout modern Cond

  One of the best new condo development. The unit layout is top notch with no wasted space. Convenient location with 3 coffeeshops, supermarket, cafes, bakeries within 50 meters. Sheltered bus stop and 5mins to Clementi MRT yet avoiding the crowded busy area.

  After careful consideration

  Clavon was the first project I viewed. Since then, I've looked at half a dozen more projects before deciding to buy a 4-bedroom unit here. The space utilisation is spot on, and something I’m very particular about. I also appreciate the beautifully designed façade and common facilities. Once completed, Clavon will draw many more eyeballs, and rightly so.

  Beautiful and nice location

  Not only is Clavon a beautifully designed development, it’s also conveniently located with the Clementi MRT station less than10 minutes away. All the facilities you’d expect in a large development like this one are here, and it’s also priced affordably. I bought a 3-bedroom here after selling my HDB flat and securing a housing loan. I’m renting out a place nearby while I wait for construction to complete.

  Wow what an apartment!

  I was told to check out Clavon at Clementi as I’ve been looking for a spacious 5-bedroom unit for months. The floor plan ensures there’s no wasted space. There's a wet and dry kitchen area as well as a private lift lobby. Clavon also has a full set of facilities including a child care centre, tennis court, gym and lap pool.
