  Beautiful greenery but you need a car

  Beautiful vast landscape, large units. Rare to find such airy & unblocked units these days. Most of the apartments are walk-ups except for 135 & 137 carriage house type which have lifts. Only minus is you need a car as it takes 15mins to walk to the main road.

  Badly managed, lazy maintenance

  Grounds in common areas have potholes that breed mosquitoes. Leaking ceilings unfixed even after months. Overgrown foliage with rats infestation. Bad attitude from some MCST workers. Just mostly quiet and “ulu”

  Peaceful, Lush Grounds

  Clementi Park offers a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Units are generous in size and bedrooms could fit queen - king size beds easily. Walking to the start of Sunset way for food and coffee take me about 20mins. If you need a quick stop at Cold's Storage, that's just 10mins away.

  Lovely matured landscapes with iconic archite

  Lovely matured landscapes with iconic architecture. Its quite a Long drive from the main road though

  A nice place to stay!

  The condo has full facilities (2 tennis courts) with big ground unlike the newer ones. The main vibe is it's too far from the main road, actually there is a side road to Clementi Ave 6 in which one can take a bus to the town centre for the mall, train/bus, food and cinema. It's about 2 bus stops away! There's also cafes and Cold Storage within walking distance. Most of the renovated units are really lovely! Lots of green and a tranquil place to live!

  Nice estate but...

  Nice Estate ! Except very far in and the best North south block ( gatehouse 137) parallels the PIE which means as the PIE widens in future - the noise will get worse.

  beware of management

  Watch out for the management, they do not apply the house rule fairly and transparently. Buyers and tenants should aware.

  Green and Breezy

  This condo is a great place to live, many units have great views of greenery, the breezes mean my electircity bill is half what it used to be, it's quiet and you can always find a place to park. The renovated units are stunning.
