Tranquil East Coast condo
Lived in this condo for a couple years. Firstly, this condo has undergone a facelift not too long ago and so it doesn’t look like the photos here. It’s got a black and white aesthetic that makes it look much more modern and new. Its a really tranquil condo, nested a short walking distance from the Siglap eatery and the East Coast park connector. Overall, a comfy Low rise condo that’s in an area that doesn’t have too many of them. -

Condo passed its golden years
Stayed for a few years; many unit air con, built in kitchen hood, water heater started breaking down; condo Mgnt getting worse in maintaining, aged lobby and common areas. -

Ambience
Nice environment with low density, quiet & breezy. We have rented here for more than 6 months and really appreciated with the short walk to East Coast Park and wine & food at Siglap area. -

Quiet & Quaint
Lived here for awhile recently. This developement is very quiet and windy! Easily accessible to East Coast Park, a short walk to Siglap centre and bext of all, direct bus for me to Orchard Road where I work. Nice place!! -
