  Charming and resort like Townhouse

  Very charming Spanish Style Townhouse which feels like a resort. Good size pool and good mix of nice neighbours. Units are sizable with own basement car park.

  Old and Noisy

  Units are on the larger size but are quite old and run down if the unit is not renovated. The area is full of constant noise whether from construction, maintenance or screeming children. Not a great location if looking for peace and quite outside of the city. Lastly, if you do not have a car, there is no sheltered access to public transport so you will definitely get wet walking to the feeder bus. At over $4 per Sq/ft.... this is laughable, there are better options out there.

  Quiet Area

  Old townhouses surrounding a pool in a secluded part of district 10. Next door renovations are finally complete. Good swimming as the pool is usually empty. Brand new changing rooms. Grounds recently renovated. Units have own front doors but are strata titled, meaning a foreigner can buy, plus they're freehold. Will they enblock in the near future?

  The.Noisest.Place.In.Singapore.

  Stated in the review title, The.Noisest.Place.In.Singapore. Endless construction around the development, various noises all around. Only day when there is some resemblance of peace is on Sunday, otherwise every other day is like a battlefield.
