One of the highlights at Cosmo is the kids' playground. While it’s not the largest, it’s well-maintained, so children can enjoy while still within condo grounds. BBQ nice to have also for families who enjoy hosting gatherings or just have fun grilling on weekends. However, feel the place can be a bit cramped, like the gym is a bit small, and the pool area can get crowded, especially on weekends (pool can only accommodate like 4pax at a time). Still ok for small families. Breezy.

Can be noisy
Guillemard Road has too much traffic. While Cosmo is not directly at the main road, I need an extremely quiet environment to sleep and work. Facilities are available but as the area is small, just 1 or 2 noisy families downstairs having fun at the playground, pool or BBQ can travel up to your unit. The good is that the location is convenient and considered walking distance to Old Airport Road FC for yummy food. Price okay too, considered it is freehold.

FH condo for young professionals near Mountba
While there are family-friendly facilities in Cosmo, feel the space itself is quite small and better for a young professional or a working couple. Quite central location, about 11min walk to Mounbatten MRT on circle line and got bus stops nearby. This area quite good to go town, downtown, CBD or east side for food. Nice freehold condo with affordable PSF of about $1.6k. Only 45 units so got some exclusive feel. Units are compact but well-designed for single or couple living. Facilities like the gym are small, but I don’t mind since I go outside to exercise too. I think it’s great for people who need a simple, well-located place.
