  Great place to live for families with small k

  Easily accessible bus stop - starting point for 11 & 158 route Indian grocery & restaurant - within the condo Good fitness activities - Tennis & squash courts, Sizable swimming pool , Gym, play areas Good for social gathering and parties - BBQ pits, 2 party halls Large condo with many Indian families with small kids - children have good company Interiors : This is an old condo, hence do ensure owner has fully renovated (ie. replaced) the plumbing, wiring and fixtures. Ideally within the past 5 years. Be cautious of patch-up works that will trouble you during your stay here. Choose your floors: Mid & High floors are good for views. We stayed on ground floor where you need to keep all doors and windows closed most of the time to avoid insects, rodents and lizards (many).

  Resort Living

  Feels like a luxury resort, being situated at the entrance of Gardens by the bay and having private lifts to each unit. There have been big improvements to condo facilities after professional condo management (Colliers) took over in 2021. They have been quick to repaint the Condo, rebuild the main playground and conduct regular landscaping works etc... The property is also going though a retrofit of all its lifts in 2022/23, so brand new private lifts for residents. My only issue is with the Gym: wish they can relocate it to the ground floor, instead of underground, but the lack of view in the Gym is more than compensated by being able jog/cycle along Singapore's beautiful Bay area when I step out of the gate. Founders memorial link bridge (2027) will allow you to stroll to Esplanade.

  Well maintained condo

  Excellent location ; easy access to city. Next door to Gardens by the bay Family friendly ; lots of children Tons of facilities : BBQ, Tennis, Squash, putting green

  poor quality construction

  tons of pinhole leaks in the piping, doors and locks flimsy. every unit needs extensive renovations

  Not Good

  Older condo, good jogging track by the river. Utilities are high reflecting the age of the appliances. A kid urinated in front of our unit and it took days for the cleaner to take care of it. Swimming pool is busy on the weekend. Not having a car is a problem since you rely on taxi/bus, location is relatively remote at the end of Tanjung Rhu. We moved and are happy living in a different condo now.

  Great Place

  Lived here for a few years and loved the pool side, location to east coast, stadium and overall view. Would recommended it for families with young active children. If you enjoying riding a bike, than this is ideal as you can get to anywhere within Singapore with easy access bike paths.

  Iconic Condo with Nice Ambience

  After visiting a few condos in D15, thought Costa Rhu and Pebble Bay stood out for their nice views and ambience. Mainly expat community, excellent condo facilities. Very relaxed atmosphere and feel good walking the ground. Convenient to CBD and everywhere else. With plans to develop this area further, my main concern is prices may be out of reach. ALready seeing prices for Pebble Bay and Costa Rhu moving up.

  mixed feelings

  After staying at Costa Rhu for over 5 years, here's my candid feedback. It IS one of the best residences in tanjong rhu,has lots of greenery and is great for kids. the flats are spacious and the condo facilities are plenty . On the downside common areas cleanliness is very average, the plumbing and pipes used by the builders is of poor quality (we have had to do a number of emergency repairs over the years).
