  Location is very good. Close to good school and MRT station. Private and quite. Freehold and good size well designed apartment. Master bedroom is very spacious.

  Poor Living Environment

  Property DOES NOT have the following: BBQ Pit, Squash Court, Covered Carpark, A Fair-minded Management Committee. Highly recommend you check the By-laws & Google reviews before buying this property.

  A freehold condo that is not in close proximi

  A freehold condo that is not in close proximity to MRT station. But it is great for driving around as geographically, it is almost in the centre of Singapore.
