Heart of Siglap and close beach
The price of this place is way under-value. Get it while it is still relatively low. New MRT coming in soon. Walk to bakeries, groceries, bars, restaurants, clinics, and East Coast Park. 3 min from bus stops. There is an express bus to Shenton Way and so easy to get to CBD. Nice resort style pool. The place reminds me of a nice beach resort villa in Bali or Phuket. The food selection downstairs, literally downstairs is great. Forget to get eggs or sugar for your dinner? No problem, Fairprice is 3 minutes away and Cold Storage is 5 minutes away...and this is walking time, not driving. The best thing is that the condo is away from the street. Enter the condo and it feels like you're in another world. I think this is the best condo in Siglap. -

Lovely Condo.
The location is better than holland village which we used to stay there. But after coming here, the amenities and the beach just wowed us. The supermarket are NTUC and cold storage and its 1-2 mins walk, the beach is around 5 mins of cycling. the bus stop has direct buses that reach marina bay and orchard. Very convenient. There are cafe and pub for luxurious living. Hagen Das and starbucks are our favorites, and the doctors and the clincs here are superb. -

This is an wonderful apartment and location
I will recommend for bankers to stay, I was working in Tampines central banking area, there are direct bus from below, and when I was transferred to shenton banking, there are also direct bus. It a perfect place for bankers. And for expat who loves the beach, it so nearby and of course the wonderful cafes and posh living, no wonder it makes it a better alternative to holland village. I should say, its better than holland village as there is more privacy and exclusive amenities rather Holland village which is too public and too mass market compare to this location. -

direct buses to 2 banking hubs and new mrt
10 min walk to East Coast Beach. Very relax when I was renting. Every weekend, I enjoyed the beach life and weekdays the environment and the convenience to work. There are direct buses to shenton way/Marina Bay banking hub and also the Tampines banking hub which my friend works there. Both of us were shocked to find direct buses going to two banking hubs which is very rare, one in the marina and the other in tampines. There is a new MRT coming up, agent told us is only 500 m away from the apartment to retain us. But we went to holland v due to another friend. I will 100$ come back when the MRT is ready as I realise its only 8 short mrt stops from new siglap mrt to marina bay but holland mrt takes 18 long stops to reach marina bay. The rent in siglap is undervalued compared to holland v which is overvauled. We do regret going holland sometimes and we plan to come back anytime our landlord decide to allow us an early release. -

Excellent location and Amenities
Transportation is excellent, you have buses to CBD within 30 mins. The district is prime D15. The new Siglap MRT is 500m using the siglap park connector and the beach is 10 mins walking distance or 3 mins bicycle ride. You have NTUC 24hrs supermarket within 45 secs. Starbucks and hagen dazs within 1 min walk. Its like Holland Village. Except Holland Village is 2000 psf. You have so many cafe and Expats bars to watch soccer, pizza hut/KFC and Canadian pizza in 1 min walking distance. McDonald and Cold Storage within 2 min. Hiar cut, Dentistry and clinics are plenty within secs of walk. This is by far No. 1 or 2 location in Amenities in the whole of East Coast. -

Super Amenities and excellent seaside living
I must praise this development for its excellent location. Its less than 5 mins bicycle ride to the beach because there is a siglap park connector and most east coast area doesn't connect to the beach thus making this location excellent. The buses are like direct to the CBD, 35 mins. If you need a MC, you are just 30 secs to an Dr, if you need a dentist, you are just 30 Secs away. Its about 40 sec to the 24hrs NTUC, and around 1.5 min to cold storage and 40 sec to the famous 24 hrs foodcourt. The new Siglap mrt is about 500m via the siglap park connector. the unit layout is excellent, squarish and huge and no wastage. can be split to dual key units -

Beach living with excellent Ammenities
Direct Buses to Shenton way and Marina Bay and Orchard Road. 500m to new Siglap MRT thru siglap park connector. 6 min to new MRT station. 4 min via bicycle to the East Coast Beach. 12 min walk to East Coast Beach Excellent Amenities 1 min to 24 hr food court - cheap and modern and well renovated 1 min to NTUC SuperMarket 1.5 Min to Cold Storage Super Market 1 min to Hagen Das ice cream 1 min Hong Kong Cafe 1 min to Japanese Restuarant 1 min to Clincs and Dentist and Hair Saloon 1 -2 min Banks and Pizza, KFC, Mcdonalds, and many famous food. -

good development
it is only 500 m, 6 min walk to the future siglap mrt. the plot ratio is 3.0, the development behind is 1.4, making the price of crescendo building definitely exceeding crescendo park due to it plot ratio is double. it is about 10-12 min walk to the beach via park connector. with starbuck, hagen das and udder ice cream, with hong kong tea restuarant and NTUC and a 24 hr food court, it makes this development even better -

Not great for families
This is a walk up apartment -with spacious rooms with great access. It lacks most common facilities (leave alone Condo-styled ones) and Property mgmt finances are not in great shape. Some are owner occupied - others are rental units - where the owners does little to maintain - has the eye for rental and/or property appreciation alone. Please donot go by agent descriptions - inspect in great detail if necessary twice before deciding. There are alternatives with more facilities further down on Upper East Coast if one does a proper search. -
