Geylang area price now is going up
The whole Singapore cannot find any apartment cheaper then Geylang, because is red light district, but if you say below 600k, need to go back to few years ago for a unit which more than 1000 sq.ft and freehold one, nowadays even walkup in Geylang selling more than 750k, please update and I think Geylanger don't know Geylang very well, if you have one below 600k and freehold more than 1000sq.ft, please let us know, I will be the first one to buy without viewing, even the same street, will have new apartment coming up, and the price at least $1000+ per sq.ft, please go and check is it true, and update your informations.

No worth buying at 700k and above
Directly opp Red light district. It is just an Apartment, Not a condo. If it going to try sell like a condo, forget it!! 600K or below can consider, cos of good rental yield. If more than 600k for this location and small units apartment that have zero facilities, is never worth an consideration.
