Basic apartment near town and mrt
Near town and mrt. Minimal facilities, but near public pool and ecp -

Found a gem
i was fascinated by the view of MBS, flyer, indoor stadium, Kallang basin and even the sea off ECP when i first entered the apartment 12 months ago and have been living here since. Against all well intended advice to avoid small projects, i went with my gut feel and the more i stay here, the more i love it. Besides the view and the peace and tranquility, the occasional pigeons and chirping of other birds flying to and fro the nearby river is a bonus that i did not expect. In the next few years, there will be new projects spouting up just next door. This is also something i had no inkling about when i moved into this classic development. Yes, i am absolutely pleased that it is because of these new developments that mine has already appreciated and will likely go up even higher when our neighbors TOP...so glad that i found this gem. :) -

Great place to live in
Ok I'm definitely biased, however I've been living here for 7 years now and absolulely love this place. Quiet, breezy, with spectecular unblocked views of the marina bay downtown. Prime Tonjong Rhu location, close to the business district yet not far from the airport, not to mention the culinary pleasures of the east thanks to the Fort Road entrance to the ECP. Especially great for people who love exercising in the East Coast park too. -
