  D'Marine project

  Went to view the penthouse, nice. But a lot of wasted space. Rooms are very small and no study room. The entire project size is small, no facilities and parking lots are limited. Not recommended

  Just viewed D'Marine, too noisy for own stay and master bedroom has the weirdest layout with bathroom at a weird location - right in front of living room. The construction of Corallis and Katong Mall nearby creates so much noise even on weekends and I wonder about the safety level of the area with the influx of foreign workers working there... Not much condo facilities at all with a very small pool and small carpark.
