walkable area
From D'Sunrise, easy to go around with just walking. example: 12 min walk to Eunos MRT, 4 min walk to Haig Girls School, 4minwalk to bus stop, 6min walking to supermarket, less than 5min walked to F&B places. possible to also walk to ECP, Marine Parade MRT on thomson-east coast line, Paya Lebar mrt... east side sg also famous for many nice food places. for drivers, town centre is a short drive from here too.

Good price but zero condo facilities
Units here last transacted low $1M to below $1M in 2023. PSF also below $2k, affordable for premium Joo Chiat area. Other than good price for a freehold, units are rather small and cramped. Zero condo facilities. Need to go out all the time to get what you need and no MRT within 5min walk. Marketed as near ECP but that's provided you drive. Popular schools nearby if that matters.
