  Hidden Gem

  We've loved living in Dalla Vale for years. The peaceful neighborhood, beautiful river walks, and friendly community have made it the perfect place for our family. The property is well-maintained, and the management is always helpful. While some rental units are individually owned, most are operated efficiently by Far East. The facilities, including the pool with a forest view, are great for our family but Dalla Vale's biggest draw is its community. The annual Halloween party is our favourite. Our kids love playing with their neighbours every day and even we've made lifelong friends here, both local and expat. It's a truly special place. If you're looking for a peaceful and family-friendly neighborhood, Dalla Vale is highly recommended.

  Wonderful for families

  I lived in Dalla Vale for two years and it was a great experience. There are amazing neighbors, and the development is perfect for families with young children. The units are big, offering plenty of space, and the pool area is magical. We had some issues while there, but those have been resolved and families can feel comfortable living there now. There is a new management and chairman, who is very big on building community and ensuring a safe space for children to enjoy themselves. The negative reviews from before can be safely ignored.

  Beware potential tenants

  The estate is pleasantly surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility , all to be marred by poor workmanship, frequent rainwater entering the buildings, therefore spoiling the wooden floors and causing dampness. However, the worst thing is not tolerating these conditions but the tyrannical landlords that insist on you bearing the costs of these naturally borne weather conditions that affect the state of their properties. Beware of the local landlords in this compound who are on the hunt for unsuspecting expat tenants, to then slap on renovation costs that prepares the house for the next ensuing tenancy without the landlords having to so much as spend a penny on the next lease. This estate has a reputation for such unscrupulous local landlords. Beware! Children are not a welcome factor in

  Repressive Place to Live

  I am currently a tenant and the management committee and management company are anti-children. There are also neighbors here who will video your children in the pool and make complaints against you if you make any noise in the pool, even during the weekend. The main landlord who is also the developer shows no interest in resolving these issues and will instead threaten tenants with early lease termination. Definitely avoid renting or buying this lemon. Not to mention the structural deficiencies related to the house itself.
