  Hidden gem

  Always breezy even at low levels, this condo ticks all the right boxes. Super convenient location and quiet facing units are the bigger unit stacks which gave away from balestier road. Super valie

  Good Location

  I lived in a rented flat in this condo for 3 years... location wise very convenient .. mrt is little far about 12 minutes walk but have bus stops 2 min walk from the condo.. condo dont have nay facilities so rentals are much cheaper than other condos in novena area.. if condo facilities is not a priority then a good place to stay !!!
