  Poor condo

  Condo is properly good for families with children but if you are an expat looking to have dinner gatherings in the balcony, barely anyone uses the balcony at night and neighbors have made an issue before. Many cockroaches issues as well in both the housing estate as well as basement. if you park your car in the basement, they also climb up the exhaust pipes into the car.
