  Cosy development

  Super conveniently located. No facilities except a pool. Overall good quiet place.

  small but nice location

  very small development. the swimming pool is a joke as with most such developments. virtually no facilities. Entry to development is not the best. interior is quite well layout. just nice for a couple...maybe with a kid. hard to imagine with 2 kids or a 3rd adult. not much of any view as its virtually blocked on all sides. so its curtains all round. nice location is probably its greatest pluspoint. right smack at katong and easy access to food and amenities and ECP.
