  New MRT boosts accessibility and property val

  It used to be kinda in between two MRT stations, but ever since Marine Terrace MRT opened up, it's so much more accessible and easy to get around. I believe the property value has also gone up because of the new MRT station

  Great for outdoor lovers and pet owners, with

  It's close to East Coast Park, great for those who love outdoor adventures or for pet owners. Sometimes can get quite breezy from the balcony, and the view is great

  Peaceful place to live

  When we stayed there, I used to bring my daughter to the nearby park to play, and we often ate at the famous Beach Road Prawn Noodle shop just a few minutes away. It was a peaceful and nice place to live
