  Homely Well-Connected Condo

  The condo is well located with Siglap MRT just 5 min away. It is well served by the numerous cafes and food options along East Coast Road and Bedok. Units are squarish and sensible. Gym is small, but the pool and BBQ pits make up for it. Condo is very well-maintained.

  Great Spot for the Singles, Couples and Expat

  A hidden gem as far as boutique developments come by; units are space-efficient and the building is reasonably maintained. The small gym may be forgiven once you notice the great looking swimming pool. 2x BBQ pits available, and 1-to-1 parking. Nestled just 50m away from East Coast Road, experience both the tranquility and convenience this location has to offer. Plenty of top notch food options and watering holes, with ECP and various park connectors for your fitness needs. With the upcoming Siglap MRT, you will be well connected to CBD and Orchard. All in, you can't ask for more at this price!

  Great small condo

  One of those rare condos that are new (<5 yo) but where the units have an efficient layout. Not much space wasted on bay windows and planters. The condo has a small gym, 2 bbq pits and a very decent 30m+ swimming pool with kids pool. The area is very quiet and green and there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only minor drawback is the lack of an MRT station nearby. With the improved Bedok bus interchange this should get better soon though. It's only a 6-8 minute bus ride to Bedok MRT.
