  Nice but old

  The windows of the houses should be renewed, no matter how much air conditioning you use inside, it does not cool down (even if the air conditioners are regularly maintained), there are too many air leaks. Also, regardless of the floor you live on, there will always be lizards, insects, etc. in your house. It’s an old condo, even if the interior design of the houses is renewed, it can cause you a lot of expenses when moving out, so it should be reconsidered. The garden design is very nice.

  Old but charming

  Old condo but quite spacious and has an old charm like living in the 1970s. Nothing works so it reminds you of the era.

  Rather disappointed

  Went for a viewing as I quite like the location. However, found the condo to be poorly maintained and run down with no covered carpark. An acquaintance who rents a unit there told me that rats have been found in the condo and that the management office does not do a decent job of maintaining the estate. Quite a shame.
