  old school charm

  Eastville Apartments retains its old school charm that you can't find in many newer developments. it's also quiet and located away from the main street, but near enough to the joo chiat side with cafes and cold storage for your daily needs. maybe not so good if you don't drive cos only got buses that I always seem to miss when I stayed here for awhile... but it's nice and peaceful.. love the big spacious rooms

  big size for families

  Eastville Apartments is a gem in Katong. It's freehold and the units are spacious 3-bedroom and 2 bathrooms ---- great for families. Great for those who want to live in the Joo Chiat area. can also cycle to ECP for some exercise and people watching by the sea, and there are good schools in the area. not to mention FOOD!

  abit Old fashion

  abit small condo compound. some old vibes too. no wonder because it was completed in 1966 before i was born, and do note it's a walk up apartment with no lift. but i think good so I can exercise! nostalgia max at Eastville Apartments if you don't mind abit Old fashion.
