Peaceful, clean, easy accessible to city, sup
Quick reach to busstops, short walk to MRT stations, easy travel to CBD or city area or airport. 24 hrs Supermarkets, banks service around here. many 24hr eateries around. Peaceful and quiet places. The building has recently painted, with responsible management around looking after this estate, even on festive season. Did not has complete Gym facilities. -

Resident@Edenz Suites
Great Location to CBD, walkable to the MRT and many 24hr eateries surrounding. Mostly quiet and not many use the facilities -

Not Recommended - May as well stay in an HDB
Few things about this condo should be noted: 1) Facilities are poor - the "fitness corner" is the size of a closet and has basically a treadmill and a cycling machine only. The only other facility is an incredibly small rooftop swimming pool. 2) No BBQ Pits - many property sites indicate there are BBQ pits, there are not. 3) Mechanical parking - the condo is small, and if you have a car you will need to rely on a mechanical parking lot. Basically a car elevator. I have seen it broken down a few times where the car owners either cannot get their cars out of the parking lot, or were forced to find parking on the street. It also takes a long time to retrieve your car at times; 4) The mechanical parking is noisy - it sort of sounds like a jackhammer whenever someone retrieves their car - this is frustrating at 2 a.m. when you are trying to sleep; 5) No guard house - delivery notices become a problem because the delivery person cannot get inside the complex to provide a delivery attempt notification. You simply never know that a delivery was attempted - especially if you work during the day; You may as well stay in an HDB and enjoy a larger living space. -
